Job Summary:
NMS Recruit Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven IT Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that their IT needs are met with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all IT-related needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor IT solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and driving revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized IT services, support, and products to clients.
- Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing potential challenges and ensuring smooth delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Proven skills in Account Management and Business Development.
- IT Reseller or IT MSP experience - 1 year of experience minimum.
- A proven track record of success.
- A new business-focused individual - hunter mentality.
