Job Summary:
NMS Recruit Limited is seeking a highly skilled IT Account Manager to join our team. As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that their IT needs are met with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all IT-related needs.
- Business Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor IT solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales and Service: Lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and driving revenue.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised IT services, support, and products to clients.
- Account Management: Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing potential challenges and ensuring smooth delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Account Management Experience: Proven skills in Account Management and Business Development.
- IT Industry Experience: IT Reseller or IT MSP experience - 1 years of experience minimum.
- Success Record: A proven track record of success.
- Business Focus: A new business focused individual - hunter mentality.
