We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Guiseley Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our fitness and wellbeing services, driving revenue growth, and developing our team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the management of our fitness and wellbeing services, including our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios.
- Oversee the development and implementation of fitness programming, including studio classes and personal training.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Continuously improve site standards and team performance.
- Develop and support your team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
- Proven track record of driving PT revenue and designing fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
