Job Summary

Working closely with the Operational Lead to offer Clinical Leadership and support to the Community Therapies teams in East Staffordshire.

This position serves as a crucial connection between the teams and services in the East, overseeing projects that promote innovation and service enhancement. You will also handle a small clinical caseload of complex patients. There may be opportunities to participate in the P1 rota or assist with D2A beds at Barton Cottage, depending on your interests and experience.

In the East, we have a unique integrated setup with all other Community Services within our region, ensuring patient-centric care delivery. All Nursing and AHP services are closely knit, creating a comprehensive and collaborative leadership structure that you will actively contribute to.

Main Duties of the Job

This role is responsible for ensuring that the Community Therapies services uphold clinical best practices. It acts as the pivotal link between services in the East and various system partners, fostering a collaborative approach for service delivery.

You will play a key role in the Therapies Leadership team, which is known for its multi-professional and collaborative nature. We are seeking an individual who is forward-thinking, innovative, and willing to work openly with colleagues to advance our therapy teams collectively.
