We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to join our Hair & Beauty Curriculum Team as a Beauty Therapy Course Leader (Tutor) on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students on our Beauty Therapy courses.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Contribute to the development of our curriculum and ensure that it remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the goals of the Hair & Beauty Curriculum Team.
- Qualified to teach Beauty Therapy at a level that meets the requirements of our courses.
- Experience of teaching and assessing students in a further education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team and contribute to the development of our curriculum.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of our students.
