About the Role

A Beauty Therapist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional spa and beauty treatments to our guests and members. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be the face of our brand, providing a high level of service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and carry out professional spa and beauty treatments, including massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Offer guests a high level of service, embracing our brand standards and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Manage client bookings, payments, and consultation cards, ensuring that every guest's experience is proficient and seamless.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of previous experience within the beauty industry.
  • A recognized beauty therapy/hair qualification.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards and flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work on your own or in teams, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
