Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing leadership and support to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment.
  • Coordinate and lead the nursing team to provide high-quality, person-centered care and support, promoting dignity, privacy, safety, and independence.
  • Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times.
  • Ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home and liaise with external health professionals.
  • Provide Clinical Leadership and supervision within the Service.
  • Have full accountability for Infection Control implementation and audit throughout the service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or Nurse.
  • Experience of supporting the elderly with rehabilitation and palliative care.
  • A strong knowledge of person-centered care.
  • Ability to work closely with each resident, assessing their needs, and delivering a care plan that helps each person to live a fuller life.
  • IT skills - our care plans and medication system are electronic, and full training will be provided.
