Job description

We are a property investment firm currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator for our central Brighton office.


You will be the front of house maintaining the reception area, office supplies, welcoming visitors and assisting a small team of property managers with administration duties.


Responsibilities are to include:

  • Office to be kept tidy and well stocked.
  • Calls answered and transferred swiftly and correctly.
  • Accurate messages taken and passed on to relevant employees in a timely manner.
  • Visitors welcomed and dealt with in a professional manner.
  • Must have strong reception and admin experience, preferably in a propertybased position but not a requirement
  • Must be mature and able to succeed under pressure
  • Selfmotivated, keen attention to detail and work to deadlines/targets
  • Excellent customer service skills & excellent telephone manner
  • Handling of key loans for viewings/contractors and keeping careful records of these transactions
  • Receiving post and passing onto relevant employees
  • Providing general admin/secretarial support to all departments
  • Effectively managing filing & archiving of files
  • Assisting with property inspections, inventories & reports
  • Generating works orders & Liaising with contractors

Salary starting from £19,000 pa

Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
