Your Role:
As the Gym Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering a premium experience to residents, guests, and contractors at the club. Your responsibilities will span operational, fitness, and customer service tasks, requiring previous experience in health club management and a strong sales background. Your role will involve maintaining operational quality, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the club's financial performance meets set targets.
- Manage all operational aspects of the gym, including customer service, maintenance, and health and safety protocols
- Oversee the club's service levels and implement necessary financial procedures
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring top-tier customer service standards
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction levels
- Develop and review operational procedures and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Analyze reports to optimize club performance and achieve growth targets
- Conduct fitness assessments, design exercise programs, and lead group exercise classes
This full-time position offers the chance to increase your income through personal training while working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification
- Two years of experience in the fitness industry, preferably in a luxury setting
- Experience in group exercise instruction
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
