Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to support the General Manager in the successful running of our gym. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading our in-gym service offering, managing our team of fitness trainers, and driving the commercial performance of the gym. If you're passionate about fitness, have a proven track record of success, and are eager to bring your expertise to our team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our in-gym service offering to drive member satisfaction scores forward
  • Manage and motivate our team of fitness trainers to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement the Group Exercise offering, including class timetables and trainer upskilling
  • Drive the commercial performance of the gym through result-driven initiatives
  • Ensure high operational standards are maintained through effective management of cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Support the General Manager with onsite admin tasks, including rotas, time tracking, and security checks
  • Act as a keyholder for the gym in support of the General Manager
Requirements
  • Passion for health, fitness, and well-being
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Level 2 qualified Fitness Instructor or currently studying for the qualification
