About us


DBL Transport and Storage Ltd is a family business in South Kirkby and cover general haulage collections and deliveries all across the UK.

We are wanting to add an experience office administrator to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain customer files and documents
  • Utilize computerized systems and software to complete customer invoicing via sage
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Sage software experience preferred but not essential

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From £11.00 per hour
