**About us**

DBL Transport and Storage Ltd is a family business in South Kirkby and cover general haulage collections and deliveries all across the UK.

We are wanting to add an experience office administrator to our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain customer files and documents
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete customer invoicing via sage
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Sage software experience preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
