The Senior Manager, Global Compliance & Performance, Health & Hygiene has overarching responsibility for creating and implementing the quality and compliance strategy and plans in collaboration with the BU Quality Leadership Teams; reporting on compliance levels across all regions via predefined timelines, ensuring our compliance and improvement activities are targeted to our areas of risk, providing guidance and direction to the quality teams and proactively driving performance improvements.
Your responsibilities
Ensures cross audits are reported and reports uploaded in a timely manner and monitors the Audit related CAPA with the sites/groups audited through to a satisfactory close out Supports factories to be in a constant state of audit readiness Develops and delivers training across Health & Hygiene in conjunction with partners in the Global Quality Group including QMS Ensures factory and External Manufacture group Quality Metrics (KPI's) are appropriate and reviewed annually Leads selected quality improvement projects as identified by the Global Quality Director, Health or Hygiene Leads the Reckitt – Health Quality Team(RBNL) based in the UK factories and Amsterdam office to ensure products manufactured in the UK are tested and QP released within the EU post Brexit. Ensures the Reckitt – Health Quality Team(RBNL) are resourced and equipped to fulfil the requirements of the plan, including the tools and skills required to fulfil the role. Ensures the team performance (RBNL) is visible to the business and that there is a business continuity plan in place for key services, systems and resources including the QP role. Ensures BCP is in place for the RBNL activities including backup for critical roles e.g. Qualified PersonThe experience we're looking for
On time delivery and reporting of weekly and monthly collation of KPIs Undertakes assessments on performance to make recommendations to drive quality improvement at each factory Leads prioritised Quality improvement projects through analysis of our KPIs and cross functional prioritisation in partnership with the GBU Heads of Quality Develops and maintains personal expertise in key areas such as relevant legislation and GxP guidelines. This will be achieved through a systematic and recorded CPD process (continuous professional development).The skills for success
