We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Senior Manager to join our successful compliance function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing regulatory and legal compliance globally for our company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop our company's policy framework to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide compliance advice and support to ensure regulatory and legal adherence across all areas of our business.
- Conduct compliance horizon scanning to identify and prepare for new requirements.
- Manage regulatory monitoring and assurance, including Total Metering and Billing Systems (TMBS) reporting.
- Lead training and communications to embed compliance across our global operations.
- Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for Compliance Principal Risk Categories.
- Coordinate the drafting of policies, procedures, and guidance for clarity and compliance.
- Produce regulatory and legal compliance reports for the Risk and Assurance Committee.
- Oversee the whistleblower facility and support breach investigations and reporting.
- Manage a team of two Compliance Coordinators.
**Requirements**
- Experience in a similar compliance role across areas such as Telco / Financial Services / Utilities.
- Relevant qualifications in Compliance, such as certifications in compliance or risk management.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) and Data Protection is beneficial.
