**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Senior Manager to join our successful compliance function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing regulatory and legal compliance globally for our company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop our policy framework to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert compliance advice and support to ensure regulatory and legal adherence across our operations.
  • Conduct regular compliance horizon scanning to identify new requirements and ensure we are prepared.
  • Manage regulatory monitoring and assurance, including Total Metering and Billing Systems (TMBS) reporting.
  • Lead training and communications to embed compliance across our global operations.
  • Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for Compliance Principal Risk Categories.
  • Coordinate the drafting of policies, procedures, and guidance to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Produce regular regulatory and legal compliance reports for our Risk and Assurance Committee.
  • Oversee our whistleblower facility and support breach investigations and reporting.
  • Manage a team of two Compliance Coordinators.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a similar compliance role across areas such as Telco / Financial Services / Utilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in Compliance, such as certifications or degrees.
  • Knowledge of ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) and Data Protection is beneficial.
