Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Compliance Manager to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a global speciality chemicals company, we are committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, modify, and implement procurement compliance programmes to ensure legal compliance with various subsections of the EU Net Zero Act (CBAM/EUDR etc.), ethics, competition law, modern slavery, human rights, and conflict minerals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to procure cost-effective materials and services, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to influence and drive compliance initiatives, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of REACH regulations and their application in the chemicals industry.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
  • Extensive industry experience in procurement and compliance, ideally within the chemicals industry or closely related field.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with negotiation and planning, with a proven track record of delivering results.
