  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and maintain relationships.
  • Documentation Management: Keep accurate contract records and files.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and track expenditures.
  • Communication and Coordination: Be the primary point of contact for internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in FM services or maintenance teams desired
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • On-site work in Central London
