About the role

  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our friendly team at NSFT, based at Hellesdon Hospital. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • As Contract Administrator, you will support and manage the office administration of the G4S Norfolk NCHC FM contract.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, filing, printing and photocopying.
  • Manage the purchase ordering process and systems.
  • Monitor and review cost tracking and financial commitment reports, raising issues of concern to management.
  • Fully administer the payroll process including new starters, variations, leavers, overtime and exceptions and pay queries.
  • Manage the supply and use of agency staff, raising requests on IQN and ensuring timesheets are submitted correctly.
  • Ensure all sites have relevant paperwork to ensure effective record keeping.
  • Maintain and support the Deputy Contract Manager with the training matrix and ongoing employee training requirements.
  • Maintain and order stationary supplies etc.
  • Prepare contract reports in conjunction with management.
  • Attend meetings and record minutes.
