Job Description Summary


As a leadership coach within our new LBG coaching faculty you will play a key role in developing a coaching culture across LBG.

This role will involve the delivery of 121, group and spot coaching at scale.

You will work with a range of leaders from our first time managers through to senior leaders as well as contributing to our coaching community of practice.

We are looking for a commercially focused leadership coach who has extensive experince delivering leadership coaching to senior leaders.

There will also be the opportunity to support line managers in developing their coaching skills as part of their day to day role.


Job Description:

  • JOB TITLE: Leadership Coach 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
  • LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Bristol, or Leeds,
  • HOURS: Full time/Part time] f/t although open to 4 days a week.
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

What you'll need

As a minimum, you should be working towards a coaching qualification as the qualification is desirable.

  • Coach training with a minimum of 250 coaching hours
  • Extensive experience working as an internal coach within a large matrix organisation
  • The skills to deliver 121, group coaching and spot coaching
  • Experience in coaching business leaders through transformation
  • Powerful communication skills
