Administration Assistant

Working primarily within our Air Hygiene department, the duties are as follows;
Complete Air Hygiene Post Clean Reports and remedial works reports following the completion of works, and sending on to customers or subcontractors as required
Answering the Phone and redirecting calls
Creating Schematics via Visio
Raising Purchase and and Sales orders on Air Hygiene Coordinators Request
Creating Job packs for Engineers
Providing Administrative support to Contracts Admin and Managers as required.
Invoicing completed works.
Desirable skills:
- Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and use of Microsoft Word
- Able to be a multitask
- Organised and punctual

£22,000.00 per year
