About the role
The Apprentice will join our People Team, supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment activities and HR projects.

You will be a key member of the team, helping us to champion our culture and employee experience. You should have a passion for developing and implementing initiatives to improve the working environment and our employer brand.

You will be enrolled onto the Business Administrator apprenticeship course shortly after your start date.

The apprenticeship takes approximately 15 months to complete and during this time you'll achieve the skills, knowledge and behaviours necessary to develop a career within a number of different functions, including Talent Acquisition.


You will receive training and development over the course of your apprenticeship, and whilst you will be fully supported to undertake and complete your studies, this programme does require personal commitment to study in your own time, in addition to your offsite training day.


Key responsibilities:

Employer Branding: Support on the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enable IMPOWER to continue to attract top talent.
-
Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking and analysing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.

HR Projects: Supporting on delivery projects in various areas of HR, including Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Employer Branding and GDPR.

Skills you will develop:

  • IT skills, including confidence with MS Office or equivalent packages.
  • Ability to produce and maintain records and documents, in compliance with GDPR and organisation's procedures.
  • Communication skills facetoface, on the telephone and on digital platforms.

  • Process improvement and problemsolving skills.

About you

  • Maths and English GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
  • Interested in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources
  • Highly motivated, with great integrity

  • Organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
