Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our team at Smart Managed Solutions. As an Apprentice Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and building a strong pipeline of candidates for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles within our organization.
- Multi-Channel Recruitment: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Proactive Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to refine and optimize recruitment processes and practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to management on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
- Regular Engagement: Facilitate regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss recruitment progress and address any concerns or challenges.
- Quality Focus: Promote a 'right first time' hiring philosophy by ensuring the recruitment process is thorough, efficient, and focused on finding the best fit for each role.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to ensure high-quality hires.
- Manager Training: Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and professional communication.
- Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
