Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We're looking for customer focussed people who are passionate about building relationships and helping others.

This role will give you the opportunity to deal with a range of different customers, with different queries. This is a very dynamic role, and no two days are quite the same.

  • We're offering Monday
  • Friday, (That's right, no weekends) working on a rota basis, between the hours of
    13:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Bank holidays will follow the US public holiday calendar, so you will be required to work UK bank holidays.
  • A salary starting at
    £ 27,932.00 & the potential to learn and earn more with our development tiers package + monthly performancerelated bonus.

Training

  • You will be training remotely for 5 weeks then will be required onsite full time, after this to complete development centre (2 weeks). You will be required to continue attending the office full time, until you pass probation, then will work hybrid (3 days a week minimum).
  • Hours throughout training will be
    14:00PM 22:30PM. You
    must be available to work these hours.

You must be available to start with us
Monday 12 th
August 2024 and no leave can be taken in the first 7 weeks of starting the role, whilst you're training.

The role is not available outside the UK, you must be located within 1 hours commute of Bristol and you must have reliable Internet/Wi-Fi connection.
