Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk based in Stepps

Your new company

Your new company is one of the largest property development companies in the country and they are seeking a talented Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist with some of the financial responsibilities while the transition of updating their systems is taking place.

You would be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your new role

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for the high-volume processing of supplier and subcontractor invoices, matching invoices on the system, registering queries with the buying team, resolving queries with suppliers, working closely with the surveyingteam to deal with an issues in a timely manner, statement reconciliations and any general administration required.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will have recent experience within an Accounts Payable function and be able to demonstrate all the responsibilities written above.
