Sales Ledger Administrator Opportunity

Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited is seeking a part-time Sales Ledger Administrator to support the AR team. This role involves overseeing financial transactions related to incoming payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Generation and Distribution: Create and disseminate invoices to customers.
  • Reconciliation and Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile GCUK with self-bill customers, investigate discrepancies, and correct errors.
  • Customer Account Management: Track customer accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments, particularly for overdue accounts.
  • Payment Follow-up and Resolution: Proactively contact customers regarding overdue payments and resolve disputes or delays.
  • Transaction Posting and Reconciliation: Post customer payments accurately to their accounts and reconcile customer accounts to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
  • Support for Month-End Close: Reconcile accounts receivable balances and ensure all receivable transactions are accurately recorded.

This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, with flexibility in how these hours are split. Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £28K. For further information, please contact Laura Randall at Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited.
