Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Lookers in Glasgow. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in your work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily banking transactions, including incoming payments from various departments.
  • Manage the purchase ledger, logging and processing invoices from suppliers.
  • Handle BACS transfer requests and process warranty payments from manufacturers.
