YMCA Crewe has been providing youth work in the local community for 10 years. As part of YMCA Cheshire, we are now looking to develop and manage Youth Programmes in and across Cheshire in line with YMCA Cheshire's strategic ambition to create spaces where young people can reach their full potential, belong, contribute, and thrive. This ambition includes establishing new youth provision across Cheshire where we currently do not have a presence.

The post holder will report directly to the Head of Services and Impact and manage a team of youth and community workers.

This is a full time post, 40 hours per week, flexible working including evenings and weekends. We are passionate and enthusiastic about our work and love an energetic "can do" attitude in staff
