About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Participation and Development Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people in care and contribute to the development of our national charity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Care Leavers National Movement to ensure that young people continue to drive our work at both a local and national level.
  • Support the development of Local House Projects and contribute to the growth of the National House Project.
  • Collaborate with the core NHP team to deliver projects and initiatives that benefit young people in care.
  • Travel to Local House Projects and attend meetings across the country to support the work of the charity.
Requirements
  • Professional/academic qualification in a related field, such as Youth Work, Social Work, Education, or Health.
  • Current registration with a professional body is desirable.
  • Experience working with young people in care is essential.
