This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people, Local Authorities, and our core team to ensure that young people continue to drive our work at both a local and national level.
As a Participation and Development Worker, you will work closely with the Care Leavers National Movement and our core team to develop and implement initiatives that support young people in care. You will need to have a professional/academic qualification in a related field, such as Youth Work, Social Work, Education, or Health.
We actively encourage applications from those who are care experienced and will guarantee an interview if the essential criteria are met.
The role involves working with our team to develop and deliver projects that support young people in care, as well as working with Local Authorities to establish Local House Projects. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of our Care Leavers National Movement, which provides a platform for young people to have their voices heard and contribute to developing practice and policy at a national level.
