This posting is for a permanent position under Sunlight Group Practice, based across our two sites. Our two sites are Parkfield Medical Centre, located in New Ferry & Allport Surgery, located in Bromborough.

Duties include:

Arranging appointments, answering patient queries through a variety of platforms, patient care, demonstrating confidentiality at all times, liaising with secondary care, pharmacies and other services.

Patient related paperwork, working within the guidelines and policies of the Practice as well as general office duties.

Knowledge of EMISWeb and Docman 10 would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.


As we are based across two sites, a valid driving license and access to a car is desirable but not essential.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
