There is an opportunity for a receptionist to join a team of 15 Doctors, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistant and helpful non-clinical support staff at our Claughton Branch. We offer a number of additional services to our patients including pharmacy support, telephone triage of appointments and home visits.

We require a receptionist to join our friendly busy practice. We are looking for someone who has good customer service skills, pleasant and helpful. Duties will include, dealing with patient enquiries by phone or face to face, making appointments, inputting computer data, giving out results, dealing with prescriptions, and other general office duties as required in a medical practice. Previous experience would be an advantage, as this is a busy demanding role. We operate across two sites, Claughton Medical Centre and Fender Way Health Centre and you may be asked to work at either site.

This job description is not exhaustive and may be adjusted periodically after review and consultation. You will also be expected to carry out any reasonable additional duties which may be requested from time-to-time.

Salary will be discussed depending on experience.
