We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented Store Assistant with Barista experience to join our team in Clerkenwell.

As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth day to day operations.

Your primary goal will be to make great coffee and assist customers in selecting and purchasing items while maintaining a clean and organised work area.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
  • Make delicious coffee for customers
  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness in the shop
  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory levels
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of perishable items
  • Upsell additional products or promotions to customers

Experience:

  • Previous experience in barista and retail orientated roles is a must
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is preferable. Training will be provided.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers

Salary:
£11.50-£12.50 per hour
