Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator based in Chichester. The client can accommodate hybrid working with some home and some office based working.

Responsibilities include:

  • To receive scanned images of vendor invoices and assist vendors in ensuring the correct data is held in the vendor invoice to ensure vendor invoice follows the correct approval route
  • To ensure the efficient and timely processing of vendor invoices, dealing with any queries when the arise
  • To process cash book postings including manual payments, BACS rejects & cancelled cheques
  • To process supplier adjustments & reconciliations to general Ledger accounts
  • To Ensure statement reconciliations are carried out to agreed time frames & liaising with vendors for missing invoices

Skills and qualifications required:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualification or experience demonstrating that level of applied knowledge
  • Previous experience of handling high volume processing
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
  • Computer literate
