The position of CT/MRI Field Service Engineer involves handling tasks, solving technical issues, and offering guidance in the field of imaging. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the management team, contributing to innovative CT/MRI repair processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. No prior experience? No worries Full training will be provided. Individuals with backgrounds in electrical/electronics, ATM/decontamination, or imaging are encouraged to apply.

  • Core Maintenance and Service Duties:
- Perform comprehensive maintenance and servicing of CT/MRI equipment from various vendors.
- Provide on-site repair and upkeep services for CT/MRI equipment.
- Ensure prompt administration and documentation upkeep.
- Swiftly troubleshoot, analyze, and rectify system failures to maintain operational standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair tasks on diagnostic imaging systems as per the maintenance schedule.
- Efficiently manage priorities to meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Capability Profile: Qualifications should include HNC/D in Electronics or equivalent.
The ideal candidate should possess customer-focused, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in the repair and calibration of CT/MRI equipment or similar tech such as electronic devices, imaging tools, or ATM/decontamination equipment is preferred.
