As a Field Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray & CT Systems, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of highly advanced X-ray, CT, and MRI systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout your local region.

With a strong background in electronics or a relevant technical discipline, you will have experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, in-house NHS imaging repair, airport security, and industrial imaging systems.

You will be part of a national team of engineers who take pride in their work and aim to build long-term relationships with customers. Full product training on a range of medical imaging systems, including CT and MRI, will be provided through engineer mentoring and manufacturer training courses.

This is an excellent opportunity for an X-Ray field service engineer to join a leading manufacturer of medical imaging systems and take advantage of career progression opportunities into more technical specialist roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of X-ray, CT, and MRI systems
  • Maintenance, installation, and repair of X-ray equipment from various sectors
  • Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Participating in full product training on medical imaging systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment
  • Qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline
  • Previous field service experience
  • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner
  • Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
  • Full UK driving license
