Job Title: Marketing Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track marketing performance and optimize lead generation strategies
  • Develop and manage databases for effective data segmentation and analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Optimize lead handoff workflows and track outreach activities with sales teams to enhance sales efficiency
  • Assist in list management and data quality initiatives to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Deliver regular reports to stakeholders on demand generation, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition, providing insights for informed business decisions
  • Monitor funnel and pipeline metrics to ensure accuracy and identify areas for process improvement
  • Implement sales and marketing process best practices for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support ad hoc pipeline and data requests from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or sales operations, with a focus on data analysis and process optimization
  • Proven experience with data analytics, marketing automation, CRM, and account-based marketing, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing dashboards and identifying process inefficiencies, with a focus on process improvement and optimization
  • Demonstrated cross-functional experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the sales funnel and pipeline
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and effective time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Approximately 5% travel required
