Job Title: Regional Manager - Food Waste Combat

Your mission at Too Good to Go:

  • Reporting to the COO, you will have regional responsibility for Central Europe, UK & Ireland, and be a crucial part of the COO's management team.
  • You will lead a cross-functional team of Country Directors and Business Partners and guide them in developing the business strategy and delivering the P&L results for a cluster of seven markets.
  • Be a key member of the Operations leadership team, driving the overall strategy of Too Good To Go and ensuring that our global centres of excellence are providing the innovation, tools, and processes needed to achieve the business objectives and results.
  • This role is open to be based at any of our European offices.

In this role, you will:

  • Hold full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of countries across Central Europe and lead, support, and challenge Country Directors in setting their strategies and achieving their goals.
  • Lead an ambitious team of Country Directors and business partners and provide them with guidance to help them deliver results and advance in their careers.
  • Collaborate with Country Directors to steer countries in the right direction and achieve our growth goals.
  • Represent Too Good To Go in cross-country Key Account meetings and assist the Country Director in strategic planning and negotiations for significant local accounts.
  • Be a vital member of the COO's management team, offering thought leadership to exceed goals in global markets.
  • Work with Global Commercial Excellence teams and Global Functions to steer the overall commercial and strategic direction of the business.
  • Have a vision for our mission beyond scaling the business, driving our strategic positioning to have a real impact on food waste and the global ecosystem combating the issue.

You have the following skills and experience:

  • Substantial experience in a senior management position, preferably in a high-growth company, with previous experience in a regional or country manager role. Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketplace businesses, preferably with hands-on experience in this field.
  • Extensive management, sales, and business development experience.
  • Background in Key Account management and corporate business development.
  • Strong negotiating skills and experience in leading negotiations at a senior level.
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on recruiting the best talent and developing your team.
  • Track record of data-driven decision-making and technology-driven approach.
  • Passionate about sustainability and fighting food waste, with a network in the food industry as a strong plus.
  • Full business language proficiency in English and preferably in one of the following languages: German, Polish, or Czech.
