Team Assistant - up to £48,000 plus excellent benefits - Mayfair


An award winning property investment and development company listed on the London Stock Exchange are looking for an experienced and confident Team Assistant to provide support to a small senior team within their Development department.


Based in their design led head office near Bond Street, this is a great opportunity to join a high performing team and would suit someone who is diligent, accurate and full of initiative and drive.

Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a willingnessto learn are essential to this role.

The Team Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing diary management for the team ensuring efficient and effective use is made of the team's time.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, both internal and external, often with high profile visitors complex diary management is a significant element of the role.
  • Arranging Property Tours of the portfolio for internal team / external parties.
  • Producing presentations using InDesign for Board meetings, team presentations or highprofile meetings.
  • Assisting with any corporate events / committee boards the team are involved with.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

The Ideal Team Assistant will:

  • Have at least 3 years as a Personal Assistant, Team Secretary, Team Administrator or Team Assistant ideally within Property (not essential).
  • Possess good computer literacy using the Microsoft Office Suite. Indesign experience would also be desirable (although not essential).
  • Be able to build good relationships, both internally and externally
  • Be confident, able to hold their own in a mature manner with Senior Executives
  • Have excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
