Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking multiple Motor Claims Triage Handlers to join one of our prestigious clients based in Norwich.
These positions have the view of being extended or even permanent for the right applicants.
Pay Rate:
£12 per hour
Our client is looking to hold a group Interview for successful applicants on Thursday 10th August at 11.30am so you must be available for this.
Duties
- These roles are similar to a switchboard
- You will direct the calls to the correct area of the business to enhance the customer experience and save customers bouncing around the system and reduce call demand into the fulfilment team.
- The calls are an average of 2 minutes
- There will be a set of questions (tool) to direct the calls this tool is being built and will tell you which demand is directed to which route.
- You will also be required to demand capture so the call data can be analysed.
Essential
- Must have excellent communication skills/customer service skills
- Empathy and the ability to utilise the system.
- IT Literate
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
