Responsibilities:
- Oversee various HR functions, including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward
- Lead the People Team and spearhead strategic people projects
- Collaborate with the Finance Team to manage budgets and overall costs
- Handle benefits, brokerage, and payroll oversight
- Develop and uphold fair people policies reflecting our unique culture
- Evaluate existing HR operations and policies for effectiveness
- Focus on DEI initiatives
- Create a People Plan aligned with business priorities
- Develop Risk and Retention strategies
- Facilitate key People initiatives and progression frameworks
- Provide leadership in People Management across the organization
- Offer legal advice for people-related matters
- Contribute to key business decisions as part of the Executive Senior Team
- Track and report people analytics
- Lead by example and demonstrate willingness to be hands-on
- Require a strong HR background with experience in the employee lifecycle
- Prior experience in a senior HR role in a sizeable organization
- Knowledge of UK employment law and experience in European markets
- Strong communicator with emotional intelligence
- Comfortable challenging norms and using data for decision-making
- Skilled in communication, presentation, and organization
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and input into company decisions
