Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various HR functions, including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward
  • Lead the People Team and spearhead strategic people projects
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to manage budgets and overall costs
  • Handle benefits, brokerage, and payroll oversight
  • Develop and uphold fair people policies reflecting our unique culture
  • Evaluate existing HR operations and policies for effectiveness
  • Focus on DEI initiatives
  • Create a People Plan aligned with business priorities
  • Develop Risk and Retention strategies
  • Facilitate key People initiatives and progression frameworks
  • Provide leadership in People Management across the organization
  • Offer legal advice for people-related matters
  • Contribute to key business decisions as part of the Executive Senior Team
  • Track and report people analytics
  • Lead by example and demonstrate willingness to be hands-on
  • Require a strong HR background with experience in the employee lifecycle
  • Prior experience in a senior HR role in a sizeable organization
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and experience in European markets
  • Strong communicator with emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable challenging norms and using data for decision-making
  • Skilled in communication, presentation, and organization
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and input into company decisions
