Role Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner will drive and implement HR initiatives across the college. The role involves ensuring HR practices align with business goals and influencing key decisions for effective staff management and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead specific HR projects professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle Recruitment & Resourcing.
  • Focus on Well Being & Benefits.
  • Oversee Performance & Development.
  • Manage Relations & Equalities.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to assigned areas for achieving business objectives.
  • Champion professional employee relations and client-focused model.
  • Conduct regular HR training for managers.
  • Communicate HR updates and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration in the HR team.
  • Add business value through the HR Business Partnership.
  • Develop an e-HR model for HR functions where possible.

Essential Requirements:
  • Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Ability to support a range of HR functions and challenge managers.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of current HR legislation and ACAS best practices.
