Job Title: Business Partner

The North East Regional Employers Organisation is seeking a skilled Business Partner to support the Transformation Programme Management Office in delivering the Council's Transformation Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and review project and programme documentation to ensure delivery standards are met and align with the Council Plan and organisational transformation intentions.
  • Work with the Transformation Senior Business Partner to ensure buy-in from key stakeholders and facilitate effective programme and project management within the Council.
  • Track status against agreed plans and ensure accuracy, facilitating monthly reporting to the Council's board structure in line with governance arrangements.
  • Collaborate with Programme and Project leads, Programme Sponsors, and Senior Managers to ensure the effective progression and monitoring of programmes and projects.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term opportunity that requires a skilled professional to support the Transformation Programme Management Office in delivering the Council's Transformation Programme.
