As Sales Operations Specialist (f/m/d) you are responsible for all sales data management. Keeping customer master data updated for all leads and accounts, building up account structures as well as keeping opportunity data up to date at any time in close cooperation with the opportunity owners, maintaining data consistency across all data bases and ensuring proper customer assignment in alignment with the sales management are forming key responsibilities for the Sales Operations Specialist. Yu will be the interface between the sales team, the sales controlling team, the analytics team and the IT team and owns the quality of all sales data, ensuring proper, consistent and meaningful reports at any time.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and customer information to ensure data is up-to-date for business decisions
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses for management, highlighting performance, trends, and improvement areas
  • Process Improvement: Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our data model
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and alignment with overall business goals
  • Customer Relationship Management: Actively maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions, feedback, and sales process updates to ensure a 360-degree view of customer activities
  • You have experience in sales operations, back office support, or a similar role
  • You are competent in data management across ERP and CRM system
  • You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • You are proficient in multiple languages (DE, EN), FR would be beneficial
  • You have a Customer centric attitude, can-do spirit and Salesforce experience
  • You have strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • You are an effective communicator (verbal and written) and have great interpersonal skills
