Role Overview:

- Maintain high standards in all key areas
- Set clear expectations in service, standards, and operations
- Manage profit and loss, budgets, sales forecasting, and various other key performance indicators
- Liaise and network with head office, ensuring relationships with all key stakeholders
- Drive compliance, health & safety, and adhere to all policies and procedures
- Support company events, local marketing, and share successes
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in retail or hospitality management, holding positions like Store Manager, Deputy Manager of a large-format store, or Area Manager. A passion for delivering exceptional standards, service, and leading an engaged team is essential.
Salary Range: Up to £55,000 plus car allowance
