A highly organised administration assistant is required to support the Hospice.

The duties include the management and typing of digital dictation, supporting the SCN with payroll, rosters and HR processes, supporting the ward with creating and maintaining databases, patient management system (TRAK) working with administration colleagues to support the whole SPCS team.

Use of Trak and MORSE systems will be required and training will be given.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
