We are looking for an Events Administrator to act as first point of contact for the Events team and provide comprehensive administrative support to the team ensuring excellent customer service throughout.

This role will also deliver smooth-running department processes, creating opportunities to find solutions and process improvements.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role, ideally within events industry
  • Experience of using a room booking system
  • Ability to create reports and present information in a clear way
  • Proactive approach to work, with demonstrable examples of using initiative to progress tasks and solve problems
