Events Administrator

Our client, a leading London University, is currently looking to recruit a full-time Events Administrator to support the Events Team. The post is to start as soon as possible and is a 12-week temporary role. The post will be hybrid working.
Key responsibilities for this post will include:
- Liaising with a variety of key stakeholders and inbox management
- Management of content uploaded to the University's website and various communication channels
- Processing and managing large databases and content for activities and events
- Using templates, produce materials including email invitations, briefings and brochures ensuring that they meet branding requirements
To be considered for this role you will have:- Worked in a similar post previously, ideally from a higher education setting or similar
- Experience within administrative support and event management
- Experience with editing, web content management software, databases, and email communication management tools
- Experience of supporting university events
This position is being offered on a temporary basis, to start as soon as possible, so you will need to be available immediately or have a short notice period to be considered.
