We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury hotel group, who are looking for a French-speaking Reservations Sales Executive to join them in their West London office.

Your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to bookings by phone, email or live chat; general admin; sales; upselling new products and room reservations.

Fluent French to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and some experience in a similar role is essential, along with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
