We are recruiting a Key Account Manager for an industry leader in the automotive aftermarket. The company is a global multinational with several industry-recognized brands and an enviable global customer base.
The company is offering an attractive £46k - £52k basic salary, 20% bonus, car, up to 9% employer pension contributions, healthcare etc.
You will be responsible for managing and developing sales of a product group, which accounts for 30% of the UK and Ireland's overall sales.
You will be responsible for the implementation of the product range's go-to-market strategy in the UK and Ireland.You will be analytical in your approach and understand the share of wallet analysis and market share gain.
You will understand the UK and Ireland automotive aftermarket and the key players.
You will be a good communicator and enjoy building internal and external relationships. Your goal is to gain as much knowledge and information as possible to help you grow your market share.
You will have a good eye for detail as you will prepare and submit bids for new requests, including fleets, through your existing accounts.
You will strive to increase your share of the account and have the skill set to identify, win, and grow new business opportunities.
You will be an account manager within the UK automotive aftermarket and know the key players, including buying groups and national motor factors.
The role is a national position, so you can live anywhere in the UK, as long as you are prepared to travel to the head office in the Midlands, fequently.
