The Role:

Pre-Sales Consultant


As a Pre-sales Consultant of iLottery solutions you will be responsible to support Platform and Product solutions sales initiatives working with the Head of Pre-Sales iLottery Solutions across global iLottery platform opportunities.

You will be part of global iLottery sales team reporting to Head of Pre-Sales Global iLottery Solutions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in selling technology solutions for player platforms, artificial intelligence and machine learning, mobile apps, and website solutions.
  • Sufficient knowledge of iLottery Architecture and engineering
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as the role will be internal and external customer facing.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technology solutions and benefits a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage along Business development teams to pursue iLottery Platform opportunities.
  • Anticipate and Influence Lottery customers across the globe for iLottery Platform & product solutions prior to iLottery (wager/nonwager) RFI and/or RFP or avoid RFP (with possible extensions) for legacy solution opportunities of current customers.
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and interest in iLottery and how our solutions and services can meet their needs.
  • Engage with all iLottery teams (Business, Product, Marketing, etc.) throughout lifecycle of customer presales activities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & communication team in developing sales collaterals i.e., presentation and product fact sheets that can be presented to customers.
  • Present and demo iLottery solutions to customer and explain all the features with respective benefits of IGT iLottery.
  • Ascertain & identify potential product gaps and communicate with product team to ensure they are part of roadmap.
  • Support RFI, RFQ and RFP activities with via engagement with business proposals and
  • Perform requirements analysis and produce documentation to facilitate opportunity cost determination.
  • Support tradeshow product presentation systems and demo environments.
  • Require moderate travel to customer presentations and tradeshows.
